Tamara Fusco MD
Tamara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, cum laude, at Hendrix College and her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is Board Certified as a Pediatrician, American Academy of Pediatrics, and currently practices as a Primary Care Physician Consultant at Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield. She achieved the rank of Captain (1989 – 1997) in the United States Army National Guard. Her years of volunteer service include Springbike, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Greater Ozarks Regional Breastfeeding Coalition, Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks among others. Dr. Fusco is married to Evan Fusco, MD and has three children; Brendan, Heath and Amarra.
